Consultations
All routine consultations are by appointment, however we pride ourselves on being available throughout the day to see emergency cases wherever possible as a priority. 
Weekday appointments at the Bond Street clinic are available from 8.30am - 7.00pm.
Saturday appointments run from 9.00am - 1.00pm and 2.00pm - 4.00pm
New clients, and clients with a new puppy or kitten, are offered longer appointments lasting 24 minutes.
We feel it is important, and endeavour to ensure, that you see the same vet with your pet whenever possible during a course of treatment. This enables best possible continuity of care and understanding of a particular condition. Where this proves difficult to achieve, we communicate and collaborate amongst the veterinary team to ensure smooth progression of treatment.
At the time of booking just ask the receptionist if you wish to see a particular vet.

We take pride in being one of the few remaining veterinary clinics in the Macclesfield area to provide our registered clients with dedicated 'out of hours' emergency cover, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, staffed by our own vets and nurses.
If your pet suffers an unexpected illness, injury, or if you just need advice when we are closed, your call will be answered by a dedicated medical call centre who will contact the vet 'on call' with your details. We will then offer advice over the telephone, and if necessary arrange to meet you at the Bond Street Clinic, or, if appropriate, visit you at home.
